Leather Repairs and Alterations

I offer a repair and alterations service to leather belts and straps to help prolong the life of items we own and reduce what we throw away.

How It Works & Location

I’m based in London and customers have sent work to me from throughout the UK.

Scroll to view services I can offer then contact me, Alison, at the email address alison@hadstonleather.co.uk with a photo and description of the work. I’ll let you know what I can do to help and give you details on where to send it to if you want to go ahead.

Working Hours & Situation: To be open I do this as a part time venture and I work 4 days a week alongside this in another job (main bill payer :)).

I won’t be able to help everyone sadly and sometimes there maybe a lag time between responses but I will try to get to all of the emails with a reply.

Prices (plus postage)

To fit a new strap:

English Bridle Leather or Oak Bark Leather = £110

Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather = £65

To fit a new buckle (from my stock) = £25

Belt Shortening (most cases) = £30. Any trickier work will be priced individually.

All other repairs and alterations - I’ll quote on a case by case basis depending on the work needed.
