Fendi Belt Shorten
I shorten this Fendi belt by 6 inches. I neatly stitched the end of the belt and applied an edge paint. Note: I shorten the majority of belts from the buckle end.

Vintage Gucci Belt Lengthen
I lengthened this vintage Gucci belt by 4 inches. I cut a piece of veg tan leather (firmer leather) to size and thickness then I neatly stitched it to the original strap. The original leather was very fine (thin) and the customer was very happy with the end result even though a different leather was used.

Louis Vuitton Chewed Belt End
The end of the belt had been chewed which had given it a ragged end. I cut the problem area off the belt which slightly shortened it before I curved the end to the original design.
