RETURNS

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your belt if you feel there is a fault or something wrong.   We will review on a case by case basis and offer an adjustment, exchange or refund where appropriate.  We recommend you return your item through registered delivery as we can’t accept any responsibility for items lost in transit and those costs are non refundable by us.  Please contact us first before you send anything back.

DELIVERY

For UK orders, all belts will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This is a tracked and signed for service.

For International orders, we will contact you after you have ordered your belt to supply you with a shipping charge which will be an additional charge.  In the case of any custom duties it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to cover any costs and arrange clearance.
